Public bug reported:
in testsuite3, the known_hosts file is generated with
ssh-keyscan localhost > known_hosts 2>/dev/null`
and parallax SSHs relying entirely on this file
But the new openssh spawns sssd via a socket, meaning that sssd might
not be ready in time for the keyscan, which leaves known_hosts empty,
causing failure.
