In bug description is 24.04
26.04 is just released. Its not recommended ot use until 26.04.1
Oracle linux has the same standart
The reason experts advise waiting for a point release (like Oracle Linux 10.1
or Ubuntu 26.04.1) before upgrading production systems is to avoid day-one
software bugs, unpatched edge cases, and uncertified third-party software.Yes,
this rule applies even more strictly to Ubuntu 26.04.1. In fact, Canonical
intentionally programs the operating system to enforce this waiting period.
thats about 26.04
Now about this bug report. Its about 24.04 LTS.
