Adding a debdiff for the stonking release to patch. If this debdiff is
ok, I will transform the bug into an SRU and create debdiffs as well.

Currently built version for stonking in a PPA:

In the PPA is also the adjusted version present for the ubuntu-cuda-
packaging-tools to avoid the false positive when running autopkgtests.
