Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Fix kernel 6.19/7.0 build (LP: #2144583)
- debian/patches/0004-Fix_Linux_6.19_build.patch
The patch is no longer needed as the upstream has merged the fix in the
latest version. Successfully built on stonking 7.0.0-14.
