Public bug reported:

Physical box Dell R430. After installing 134 the system will not boot and after 
booting from 124 a fsck is required to fix corruption.
Also package name above for reporting a bug doesn't allow 
"linux-image-6.8.0-134-generic" which is the package name

Version.log Ubuntu 6.8.0-124.124-generic 6.8.12 ( Although it's 134
that's the issue )
