Interesting, I have nearly the same problem:
RTX 5060 on a Ryzen 7 system.

The system soft-crashes every few days, either directly after a wake up from 
standby or after running for several hours.
The REISUB sequence works.

I tried the open driver versions 580 and 595 and several kernel versions (6.8, 
6.17, etc).
But the problem persists.

The syslog entry is nearly identical to Sebastian's log, even the whole
stack trace is identical:
