Public bug reported:
libjsoncpp is currently blocked from migrating due to a failure to build
on all arches except armhf and riscv64. This is due to the addition of a
symbols file (libjsoncpp26.symbols), which doesn't play nice with link
time optimization (note that previous versions of this package did not
include a symbols file).
Disabling lto when building the package should be sufficient to address
this bug.
