[Summary]
System hangs for about 10 seconds when unplug external monitor cable on
non TBT dock or connected external monitor cable into non TBT dock and
then unplug dock cable.
[Steps to reproduce]
Plug the external monitor into non TBT dock.
Plug non TBT dock into the system.
Unplug non TBT cable or the external monitor cable.
Found the system hangs for about 10 seconds.
[Expected result]
The system should work without any lagging or hanging when unplugging
the monitor or the dock cable.
[Actual result]
The system hangs/freezes for about 10 seconds whenever the external
monitor cable or the non-TBT dock cable is unplugged.
