[ Impact ]
The kernel team is removing the SBI early console driver from kernels.
Change our image build recipes to use 'earlycon' instead of 'earlycon=sbi'.
Without the change early console output will not be available.

Check that generated images for RISC-V don't use 'earlycon=sbi'.
[ Where problems could occur ]
Incorrect early console driver specification on the kernel command line
will lead to later output than expected. Early kernel crashes may be
hard to analyze.
