During the first camera activation the kernel log shows:
start to power on
Start streaming
power off
Immediately after streaming begins.
The application (Google Meet) still believes the camera is active, but
only a solid green frame is displayed.
Pressing the hardware privacy key (Fn+F9) twice produces:
start to power on
Start streaming
without the subsequent power off, and the image becomes normal.
