Public bug reported:

The tooltip reported by nm-applet when I hover over the icon shows wrong
information about the program's state when associating with AP's. In
particular, if you interrupt while nm is associating with AP1 (before
association is complete), and ask nm to associate with AP2, the tooltip
will report:

1) Attempting to join the wireless network 'AP1'...

When it should be:

2) Attempting to join the wireless network 'AP2'...

Any number of changes to the AP with one is attempting to associate does
not change the tooltip message.

Tooltips are correct after association is completed, so after seeing 1)
above, I get:

3) Wireless network connection to 'AP2' (85%)

My system is Ubuntu Gutsy, all updates applied as of today.

** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
