SRU Justification
[Impact]
* Request from Microsoft to merge linux-azure-nvidia with linux-azure
for Noble and Resolute kernels
[Fix]
This requires a large scale effort of merging all remaining patches on
linux-azure-nvidia to linux-azure. All of these patches should apply
cleanly as linux-azure-nvidia is already a rebase kernel atop linux-
azure.
[Test Plan]
* Compile tested
* Boot tested
* Microsoft to test
[Regression potential]
* Semi-substantial regression potential if Azure does not properly
exercise the kernel. We have had linux-azure-nvidia released for a year
or so now, so any issues in that kernel should be mostly identified and
understood. That said, linux-azure-nvidia hasn't seen a release since
January 2026 because of delays in testing, so that's where the real risk
lies.
