Presently running Ubuntu 25.10 (Questing) Desktop that ships with
OpenVPN 2.6.19. After installing riseup-vpn 0.24.10 in the Ubuntu
Repository this version was built with bitmask-root that has outdated
allowlist of OpenVPN flags. Additionally AppArmor on Ubuntu 25.10 has
very strict policies than prior releases.
