Looks like
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/noble/arm64/fwupd/2.0.20-1ubuntu2~24.04.2
migrated and superseded
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/noble/arm64/fwupd/2.0.20-1ubuntu2~24.04.1
while the latter's phasing was still at 90%. So, this is resolved now
for 90% of Noble users, and will be resolved for everyone on Noble once
2.0.20-1ubuntu2~24.04.2 finishes phasing.
Jammy's 2.0.20-1ubuntu2~22.04.1 version finished phasing before its next
version migrated, so this issue should be resolved there.
Also adjusting this bug to remove QQ/RR/SS, since all of those were
already on libfwupd3 and weren't impacted.
