Hey Bojan, I see that rccl build needs rocm-docs-core ( https://launchpad.net/~bullwinkle- team/+archive/ubuntu/rocm-7.2.4-resolute-sru/+build/33384803 ) which is not available in resolute.
Can you try relaxing the dependency? If the docs regresses for rccl with relaxed dependency we either need to backport newer version of rocm- docs-core (if it is even sru-able) or fix the regression in rccl package itself. Igor was also having the same problem with rocalution, you can align.
