It looks like a conflicting **`uaclient`** Python package in
**`/usr/local/lib/python3.12/dist-packages`** is overriding the Ubuntu-
provided modules, causing the install to fail. Removing the conflicting
package or cleaning up the Python path before reinstalling `ubuntu-
advantage-tools` should resolve it. I ran into a similar dependency
issue while setting up https://playfyhd.app/, and making sure only the
correct system packages were being imported fixed everything.
