Public bug reported:

After upgrading from 6.17 to 7.0 my laptop often hard-locks when trying
to wake up after sleep with an attached external monitor. (The summary
above is what gemini suggested - I hope it is helpful.)

- Hardware :: Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250/0V3605
- CPU/GPU :: Intel Meteor Lake (Core Ultra)
- Kernel :: 7.0.0-27-generic (Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC)
- External display :: 4K over HDMI

Mostly it hard locks in this situation, so I often cannot report the
bug, but today it did not so I have the information below to provide.

The bug does not appear with 6.17, so I will now reboot to use that.

I have run ubuntu-bug linux, and that lead me here, so I hope the details are
automatically attached.

Kind regards,
  Patrik
