Aside: Not sure if adding an explicit Depends on the non-crashing GTK is necessary for Stonking, since once migration completes, the problem will no longer exist. I'm not sure how common it is to use dependencies to avoid known-problematic versions, versus the normal case of required versions by symbol usage.
