Actually this only looks loosely related to the decommissionning. The
default provider is bpa.st and that is the one returning an error.

POSTing to: https://bpa.st/api/v1/paste
Params: b'{"name": "", "content": "foo", "lexer": "text", "expiry": "1month"}'
Failed to contact the server: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request

A quick look at the api and it seems they require passing content as a
list of files.
