Please also capture and upload logs for the separate reboot/shutdown hang issue.
The current video only shows the system stopped at entry_syscall_64_after_hwframe, but the collected dmesg logs do not include the actual shutdown hang call trace. To identify the root cause, we need logs from the start of reboot/shutdown until the system hangs, before any forced power-off.
