** Description changed:

  [ Impact ]

  The default focused action for a "permanent deletion" confirmation
  dialog in the Files app has unintentionally been changed from Cancel to
  Delete, in Ubuntu 26.04

  This breaks muscle memory for people upgrading from previous versions of
  Ubuntu.

  ```
  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu 26.04 LTS
  Release:      26.04
  ```

  ```
  $ apt-cache policy nautilus
  nautilus:
    Installed: 1:50.0-0ubuntu2
    Candidate: 1:50.0-0ubuntu2
    Version table:
   *** 1:50.0-0ubuntu2 500
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu resolute/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
  ```

  [ Test Plan ]

  1. Open Files
  2. Select a file to be deleted
  3. Press Shift + Del
  4. Verify that a confirmation dialog appears
  5. Verify that the Delete button is selected by default
  6. Press Enter
  7. Verify that the file was deleted

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  Problems could manifest in the Files app, default file manager and file
  picker dialog provider in Ubuntu Desktop.

  We'd like to ship this change in time for Ubuntu 26.04.1 to avoid too
  many people growing a muscle memory for the unintended behaviour in
  26.04
