Public bug reported:
A recent update came out and when installed the sound crackles, distorts, so
basically it corrupted the sound.
I have a SoundBlasterX AE-5 and prior to the update is fine so I have disabled
the update

Affected version of Alsa-lib is 12.2.11-1ubantu0.3. for right now I have
disabled the update and put the packages on hold until this is
rectified. Here attached is a chat from Duck.ai
I expected the updated alsalib to support the card until I ran into this.
Please fix.
