Public bug reported: Latest upstream release [1] targeted for stonking (26.10).
Note that the version in resolute (and currently in ubuntu/devel) is 0.11.0, so this new release will be a new major version of the library. From the 1.0.0 release in the upstream Changelog [2]: "While this is the first UMF release with the backward compatibility guarantee, part of the library's API (at the moment: CTL, memspace, memtarget, and mempolicy) is still experimental and may change in future releases." This package is a build dependency for the intel-dpcpp compiler, which also recently had a new release (7.0.0) that depends on version 1.1.0 of intel-umf.
