dkms autoinstall on 6.17.0-14-generic/x86_64 failed for rtl88x2bu(10)

This is not a bug with Ubuntu or dkms. The error is caused by an external third
party module you installed (rtl88x2bu). Note that you probably don't need this
module at all on newer kernels, but if you do, you'll need to get an updated
version.
Without knowing where you got it, I can't be more specific.
