If we're targeting an SRU then the migration shall happen automatically,
documenting that it's broken is not good enough IMO.

If we're only fixing this for 26.10 it might be enough to document it as
an upgrade quirk only.

Having old credentials detected on-demand or migrated on daemon startup
makes it upstreamable, so if upstream is also interested then I'd go for
that.
