CVSD did not resolve the issue.

I tested with two different headsets while troubleshooting to rule out a
headset-specific problem:

* **boAt Rockerz**
* **boAt Airdopes 280 ANC**

The issue is present with both devices, so it does not appear to be
headset-specific.

I also noticed some unusual behavior during testing. I used **GNOME
Sound Recorder** to test the microphone by recording audio. When I
switch the headset to **HFP (headset) mode**, Sound Recorder captures
the audio being played by the system instead of the headset microphone
input.

Additionally, after switching from **A2DP (headphone mode)** to **HFP
(headset mode)**, the profile automatically switches back to A2DP after
a few seconds (usually within 10 seconds) without any user interaction.
