I've reviewed and uploaded your work to stonking. nsight-compute,
nsight-systems and libcublas were fine. However, cuda-meta had 2 issues:
* the redistrib.json was not pushed to the repo. It gets created by
debian/rules get-orig-source, but it's not the tarball itself so it must be
added to the repo (otherwise people might be confused if they `git clean` and
cannot build anymore)
* You removed `cuda-toolkit` and `cuda-tooolkit-13` from the control file, but
not from control.template. So that won't work. But since 13-2 hasn't landed
yet, I've added them back. FWIW it was right to remove them and I kept the
rationale in the comment in case it's required in the future.
