* New upstream release. (LP: #2160124)
- Recognize IBM z17 single frame and LinuxONE Rockhopper models.
- Fix duplicate LPAR group entries.
* Update Standards-Version in d/control to 4.7.4.
* Update Canonical copyright year to 2025-2026 in d/copyright.
* Remove now-obsolete d/qclib.lintian-overrides and
d/qclib-test.lintian-overrides, since lintian dropped the
application-in-library-section tag they referenced.
