Tested candidate fix that serializes absolute-pointer event submission with
libei dispatch and avoids
submitting events while the absolute-pointer device is not emulating.

This patch applied cleanly to gnome-remote-desktop 50.0-0ubuntu2. A locally
built package containing
exactly these source changes stopped the repeatedly reproducible Remote Login
libei crash on the reporting
system.

The patch is provided as a candidate for upstream review. It does not claim
that the exact ei_ping/
source_get_fd race has been fully proven.
