When changing the resolution of my 2nd monitor, it doesn't change the
resolution.  It seems to change the scaling instead.  For example, going
from 3840x2160 to 1580x1620, the graphics on the 2nd screen is displayed
on about 1/4 of the monitor.  The rest is black.  It's like it changed
the scaling (or maybe resolution) but forgot to tell the monitor to
adjust.
