Public bug reported:
Some notification appeared where was about to click with mouse. Need
timout of appearing clickable notification or to come to position
slowly or not clickable if mouse is in that position, but since i wanted
to click on app in that place then i clicked notification instead and
messed up huge work, so maybe notification doesnt appear if mouse is in
there.
1. click in place where is notificaiton when theres no notification
2. notification appears
3. you didnt click in app where you wanted, you clicked on sudden appeared
notification
