Public bug reported:
ubuntu-bug generates many command-line warnings when submitting a bug.
It claims that a readable file /etc/xdg/xdg-Lubuntu/gtk-3.0/settings.ini is not
readable.
Using Lubuntu 26.04 with lxqt and openbox.
