The files in vendor/go.yaml.in/yaml/v3 flagged again.
The files have an expat/mit license, but the LIXENSE file explains that it is 
MIT or Apache.
So it is correct.
You may tag those as "Apache-2.0 or Expat" in the d/copyright file to make this 
a bit smoother.
