I suspect that during suspend/resume, some hardware state may be reinitialized. My current concern is that writing the coefficients directly in this manner may not be sufficient—a proper sequence of coefficient operations might be required. The approach taken by ALC287_FIXUP_YOGA9_14IAP7_BASS_SPK could be the correct pattern, though this is only speculation. If you choose to implement it as a script and reapply it after suspend/resume, that would work as well, but it would not be suitable for generating a patch that applies by default upstream.
