The version in the Replaces line seems wrong:

Replaces: linux-firmware (<< 20240318.git3b128b60.0ubuntu3)
The linux-firmware package in noble at the moment is
20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.29
Note the dot vs dash discrepancy. Shouldn't the replaces line be:
Replaces: linux-firmware (<< 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu3)
