I have marked these old versions of Rust as "Won't Fix" because they are
currently not blocking anything anyone needs to do.
For Noble, the solution is simply to use the rustc-1.91 backport.
If this bug starts causing problems on older Ubuntu series' backports,
then this bug can absolutely be resurrected.
