Public bug reported:
Ganeti 3.1.0 (upstream) is incompatible with python bitarray v3. Ubuntu
package for ganeti 3.1.0~rc2-4build1 cannot create instances ("gnt-
instance create") due to this.
Ganeti 3.1.1 upstream has fixes for this. Debian Unstable 3.1.0 rc2-5
*DOES* have a bitarray v3 fix according to the changelog.
Looks like Ubuntu stonking has a rc2-5 package.
Ubuntu probably should pull the stonking package down to 26.04, or pull
from the Debian Unstable package.
