Add the ability for autoinstall users to specify types of pre-install errors
that should be automatically be accepted/ignored (provided they can be
accepted).

Why needed
----------
In Stonking, snapd returns `running-in-vm` as a pre-install error, effectively
blocking the installation. This makes it impossible to perform automated
TPM/FDE installations in VMs, and makes it a challenge to test TPM/FDE without
real hardware.
What changed
------------
Subiquity adds support for the "accepted-errors" autoinstall directive. If said
error is presented as a pre-install error, it will be automatically accepted
instead of blocking the installation.
