When installing Kubuntu 26.04 with "minimal installation" option and
(Virtual) Network Cable disconnected (so without internet connection),
setup ends with error:

The only option then is to reboot and the installation results is a "normal"
installation.
With (Virtual) Network Cable connected (so with internet connection) this error
does NOT occur.
skanlite and krdc are not found, and plasma-welcome is used twice in the
apt-get --purge remove command. So also something wrong here.
