Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* d/p/use-zend_ce_exception-php8.5.patch: use zend_ce_exception instead of
zend_exception_get_default() for PHP 8.5
* No change rebuild for php8.4
Equivalent patch was merged upstream and included in the 4.1.3 release:
