Public bug reported:
I have set up the default wallet to be opened at login. I had been under
the impression that it would not work, because the GUI shows kdewallet
as closed (and shows an Open button).
However, it turns out that qdbus org.kde.kwalletd6 /modules/kwalletd6
org.kde.KWallet.isOpen kdewallet gives true, and the wallet seems
effectively usable by apps.
So this seems to be a failure on the part of the GUI.
If I kill the process of kwalletmanager5 then start
/usr/bin/kwalletmanager5 --kwalletd again, the GUI now shows the wallet
as opened.
Judging from the value of PID of the original kwalletmanager5, it seems
to have started before /usr/bin/kwalletd6, so maybe it just fails to
account for kwalletd6 opening the wallet.
