to fix the generation of cert/CSR in libekmfweb to use RSA instead of
RSA-PSS. (LP: #2130425)
* Add package adduser to d/control Depends, since it is used in postinst,
but it's not flagged as an essential package. (LP: #2162891)
* Add d/p/lp-2163182-zkey-Adjust-CCA-host-library-version-detection.patch
to fix CCA host version detection for newer CCA versions. (LP: #2163182)
