Public bug reported:

Rear USB4/USB-C port (native, 20Gbps-capable) on a Minisforum M1-1390 mini PC
intermittently fails to enumerate an attached USB 3.2 Gen2 storage enclosure.

Kernel log shows the BIOS's ACPI tables define the HS14 USB port object
twice:

ACPI Error: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, During name lookup/catalog
(20251212/psobject-220)
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object
[\_SB.PC00.XHCI.RHUB.HS14._UPC], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS (20251212/dswload2-326)
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object
[\_SB.PC00.XHCI.RHUB.HS14._PLD], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS (20251212/dswload2-326)
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object [\GUPC], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object [\GPLD], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS

Observed behavior:
- Cold boot with a USB device attached to this port: system fails to boot/hangs.
- Hot-attach after boot: has caused system unresponsiveness during sustained
I/O, with repeated USB reset cycles (~every 30s) and subsequent I/O errors
  on the attached drives.
- Most recently: cold boot with the device attached resulted in the port's
hub enumerating but zero downstream devices appearing (confirmed via
`lsusb -t`), consistent with the ACPI object failure preventing the kernel
from correctly building that port's device tree.

This is very likely a vendor BIOS/ACPI table defect (duplicate object
definition), not a kernel bug — filing here in case a DMI-based quirk/
workaround is appropriate in the interim, as has been done for similar
vendor ACPI errors on other OEM boards in the past.
