* Make `/var/google-users.d` keep the `0750` after
the `dh_fixperms`
* d/control: Demote `google-guest-agent` from a `Depends`
to `Recommends` to break the circular dependency between
this pkg and `google-guest-agent` (per Debian Policy 7.2)
