This seems to be a regression in 26.10 (image Aug 31st), because I tried the following (on a different LPAR):
- 26.04 was installed, and I could simply install 26.04.1 on that same system, same disk (means with old SCSI/FCP/multipath disk config on it) - I took the same system, now 26.04.1 and while trying to install 26.10, things failed I will now wipe out the disk, and try to reinstall on the same system...
