Thanks for flagging this bug. We have determined this bug to be caused
by LLVM 22 and are tracking it here: LP: #2164944
I have now flagged the original bug as an update-excuse and mentioned
that glycin's build is affected as well. I am marking this bug as a
duplicate, but feel free to add any more info you think the LLVM 22 bug
needs.
