Public bug reported:

 Impact
- Current resolute version (1.9.x) pulls an outdated fwupd snap. Uploading this
package updates users to the 2.1.x stable snap stream, which includes upstream
bug fixes and hardware support.
- The preinst hook installs snap install fwupd --channel latest/stable, pulling
the current stable snap instead of 1.9.x.

 Test Plan
1. Install the .deb on a system with snapd
2. Run snap list fwupd — should show a recent stable version (2.1.x)
3. Run sudo fwupdmgr version and sudo fwupdmgr get-updates — should work
without errors
4. For upgrades from 1.9.x: verify the snap channel and service are correct
after install
 Where problems could occur
- Preinst hook requires snapd connectivity to the snap store; install could
fail on restricted/air-gapped systems (retry loop with skip option exists).
- Snap channel change from 1.9.x to latest/stable may introduce behavioral
changes in fwupd.

 Other Info
- This mirrors the 2.1.x-0ubuntu1 upload to stonking. Packaging changes since
resolute 1.9.x are trivial (lintian fixes, copyright, SNAP_COMMON).
- Upstream tracking: LP: #2122253.
