Two more kdump reboots on 7.0.0-30-generic (2026-08-30 and 2026-09-01),
then upgrade to 7.0.0-31 on 2026-09-04.

MGLRU mitigation remains applied on this host:
  /etc/tmpfiles.d/disable-mglru.conf
cat /sys/kernel/mm/lru_gen/enabled -> 0x0000 (verified before and after
7.0.0-31 install)

--- Kernel upgrade 2026-09-04 ---

Upgraded linux-image-7.0.0-31-generic via unattended-upgrade (~11:51 JST).
Reboot at 11:54 was orderly systemd-reboot (postinst), not kdump.
Now running 7.0.0-31-generic. MGLRU still disabled (0x0000).

Updated recurrence table:

All faults remain in kernel memory management / page cache vicinity
under heavy desktop I/O (Cursor, Chromium). Disabling MGLRU did not stop
recurrences on 7.0.0-30.
