Public bug reported:

markdown-it-py 4.2.0-3 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration
because its migration causes the autopkgtest for myst-parser 5.1.0-2 to
fail on amd64, amd64v3, ppc64el, and s390x.

Test log: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-
stonking/stonking/amd64/m/myst-parser/20260901_044943_fa8c6@/log.gz

Failure summary:
```
tests/test_commonmark/test_commonmark.py:12: in <module>
    from myst_parser.parsers.mdit import create_md_parser
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/myst_parser/parsers/mdit.py:19: in <module>
    from mdit_py_plugins.gfm import gfm_plugin
E   ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mdit_py_plugins.gfm'
```

This regression needs to be resolved before markdown-it-py can migrate
to stonking.
