Yeah, why not try to communicate the actual status in the message: "Even
though 26.04.01 is released upgrades are being held back until issues
with rust-coreutils are resolved. Please check back in 2 weeks".

It saves the user searching the internet to find out what is wrong, and
prevents turning to the wrong solution (upgrading to non-LTS release, or
prematurely forcing an upgrade to the potentially broken LTS).
